Use of the site

The site describes our services and lets you apply to work with us and book calls. You agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information in any application or booking, and not to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Applications and engagements

Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We review every application and decide at our discretion whether to invite a firm to a call or offer an engagement. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, and the commercial terms of an engagement, including fees and any performance conditions, are those set out in that agreement rather than in the general descriptions on this site.

Content on the site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any business or security. You should take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

Results

Outcomes from marketing and origination work depend on factors outside any provider's full control, including your market, your firm and how campaigns are received. Descriptions of our approach and of results achieved for other clients are illustrative and are not a promise that your firm will achieve the same results.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design and graphics, belong to Clearscope or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Rights in materials produced under a client engagement are dealt with in the relevant engagement agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
