Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Clearscope Funnels ("Clearscope", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our websites, including clearscopefunnels.com and its subdomains, or interact with our advertising, application forms and booking pages.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact details such as your name and email address
- Business information you submit through our application forms, such as your firm's website, team size and typical transaction size
- Information you provide when booking or attending a call with us
If you begin an application but do not finish it, we may retain the information you had entered up to that point so we can follow up with you about your enquiry.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you use the site, such as pages viewed and general interaction data, through the cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use your information
- To review applications and assess whether our services are a fit for your firm
- To contact you about your application, schedule calls and provide our services
- To operate, secure and improve our websites
- To measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and marketing our services), the performance of or steps toward a contract, and consent where required for advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including website hosting, form and data storage, appointment scheduling, customer relationship management, email delivery and advertising measurement providers. These providers are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations to protect your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where they do, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and advertising
Our booking pages are provided by Cal.com, which sets cookies necessary for scheduling to work.
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors reach and use our pages and to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The pixel may set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit and the actions you take, for example submitting an application. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, and you can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. The site remains usable without advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep application and contact information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, our ongoing business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Advertising measurement data is retained according to the applicable provider's retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
